Choose the payment method that works best for you. We issue a formal invoice for every engagement — please reference your invoice number with all payments.

Canadian clients — preferred, no fees

🌍 Wire Transfer
International clients
- SWIFT/routing details are on your invoice
- Or email info@kindureai.com for wire instructions
- Sender bank fees are the responsibility of the payer
💳 Credit Card (Stripe)
Canadian & international clients
- Stripe online card payment is now available
- Company credit cards accepted
- Subscription packages can be paid directly on our Packages page; for project invoices, a secure Stripe payment link is included on your invoice or provided on request
Payment Confirmation
After sending payment, please email info@kindureai.com with your invoice number. We confirm receipt within 1 business day and issue a receipt.
Security Notice
- We will only ever ask you to pay to info@kindureai.com (e-Transfer) or through an invoice/Stripe link issued by us.
- We will never ask for payment through gift cards, cryptocurrency, personal accounts, or social media messages.
- If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from Kindure AI, contact us at info@kindureai.com before paying.
Payment FAQ
When is payment due?
Subscription fees are due at the start of each billing month. Project fees follow the milestone schedule in your proposal, typically a deposit plus milestone payments.
What currency do you invoice in?
CAD by default. USD invoicing is available for international clients on request.
Are taxes included?
Prices are before tax. Applicable Canadian taxes (e.g., GST/PST) are shown on your invoice.
