General
Who do you serve?
Two groups: global AI companies (especially hardware brands) entering Canada, and Canadian small businesses that want AI-powered marketing and growth.
Where are you located?
British Columbia, Canada. We serve clients across Canada and work with overseas AI companies remotely and on the ground in BC.
Do you work in Chinese and English?
Yes — we operate fully bilingually (English and Mandarin Chinese), including content production for WeChat and RED (Xiaohongshu). Bilingual invoices are available on request.
How do I start?
Book a free 30-minute consultation on the Book a Call page. We will assess your needs and propose the right service — no obligation.
For AI Hardware Companies
What is the Hardware Landing Service?
End-to-end support for AI hardware brands entering Canada: compliance & certification pathways (CSA, ICES-003, PIPEDA), channels and launch marketing (pre-sales); fulfillment coordination and bilingual customer communication (during-sales); RMA, warranty and local maintenance & repair planning (after-sales).
Do you sell AI hardware yourselves?
Not today. Our current service scope is advisory and project support — assessment, compliance coordination, localization, business development, deployment coordination and after-sales design — and we do not currently sell, distribute or hold inventory. We are not tied to a single hardware manufacturer or product line, which is why we can tell a client when a product is not the right fit. When a hardware solution does make sense, we help you evaluate, source, deploy and support it through qualified manufacturers, distributors, integrators and service providers. As our partner network and capabilities grow, our role may extend further; any such change will be reflected here.
Do you have a physical experience center?
Not yet — an AI user-experience and testing space in Vancouver is in planning stage. Contact us if you are interested in future pilot programs.
How long does a market-entry assessment take?
Typically 4–6 weeks, including certification pathway review, channel mapping and a go-to-market roadmap.
For Canadian SMEs
Which platforms do you manage?
Google Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, WeChat and RED (Xiaohongshu) — you choose the platforms in your package.
Do you provide on-site shooting?
Yes — every package includes on-site shooting hours (4h/8h/16h per month depending on tier), with professional photography and video equipment.
Can I cancel the monthly package?
Yes, subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice.
Scope, Independence & Compliance
What is your current service scope?
Kindure AI currently operates as an independent market-entry, advisory and project-support partner. Where appropriate, we work with qualified manufacturers, distributors, integrators and service providers to help clients evaluate and implement solutions. Our current service scope does not include acting as the importer of record, holding inventory, or providing licensed legal, engineering, certification or insurance services — for these we coordinate with qualified third parties.
Where do you draw the line?
We do not support military, weapons, unauthorized surveillance, or other prohibited or restricted-use applications. We do not provide services intended to circumvent applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, certification requirements or origin-disclosure obligations. We decline engagements where the intended end use, or the accuracy of the information provided to us, cannot be reasonably established.
How do you keep your advice independent?
Our independence is a practice, not a slogan. Assessment work is quoted, contracted and invoiced separately from any product or implementation revenue. If we hold, or may come to hold, a commercial interest in a product we recommend — a partner agreement, a referral fee or a resale margin — we disclose it in writing on the first page of the report that recommends it. Clients are always free to take our assessment and buy elsewhere; we do not make our recommendations conditional on buying through us.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
Canadian clients: Interac e-Transfer (preferred, no fees). International clients: bank wire transfer or Stripe. Company credit cards are accepted through Stripe.
Do you support international payments?
Yes — international clients can pay by bank wire (SWIFT details on your invoice) or by credit card through a secure Stripe payment link.
Do you provide bilingual invoices?
Yes — invoices are available in English or bilingual English/Chinese format on request.
What is your refund policy?
Please see our Refund Policy — it covers consultations, subscriptions, project services and digital products.
